This week’s AirDrop sees us heading into the last week of August. Which means – it’s almost September?! To say that these last 5 months hasn’t been challenging would likely be an understatement for most of us, but we are doing it and we’re still all in this together.

First up in our round-up of activities is Entertainment for you & your family. The article I am relating to most is Bonding Through Tradition. Cooking with my girlfriends is always a treat although just before my stepdaughter Kelcey went back to school, showing her how to prep and whip up a pot of turkey chili was pretty special. Plus it turned out to be delicious so what’s not to love about that?

For my dearest Foodies, we have several recipes and ideas to test out in your kitchen. The one that looks fun is “how to make a ‘Shark-cuterie’ Board”!! Shark Week may be over, but this is how you keep the fun going all year long!

Lastly, in tips for Health and Wellness, check out the article on Super Foods. Getting a natural boost from delicious foods keeps your brain active and the rest of your body on the right track. I’m excited to find out which ones I am already eating and how to fit in others in my normal routine.
