      Honor & Celebrate!
“The happiness of you life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.”
      -Marcus Aurelius
May is a harbinger of the colorful festivities that paint the month – from today’s fun filled Cinco de Mayo to the heartfelt appreciation of Mother’s Day, and the solemn remembrance of Memorial Day. May offers a multitude of occasions to honor and celebrate life, so perhaps consider a few of May’s events that get you out to enjoy the sun, laughs and smiles.
If you haven’t had a chance to experience Carnaval in the City, embracing the rich diversity of cultures that contribute to the unique fabric of the Bay Area. Walk down the ‘slow streets’ of SF and revel in the music, dance, and traditions that make the Mission District so wonderfully eclectic not just the amazing taquerias that dot the Mission.
As spring transitions into summer the real estate market is still abound with opportunities and the craziness of this year’s early spring is getting tempered with more inventory. Rates are +6.875 in most cases but there are numerous programs out there to assist first time home buyers. Cash wins but so do amazing investment opportunities. On the listing side, preparation is always key as my carpenters prepare to fix multiple door frames from a wildly upset cat (apparently the size of a Pomeranian.)
So here’s to hard work, preparation and enjoying time spent with loved ones during the many celebrations of May!
Huge hugs, Carol Reen & the Team 💃🏻🎖️
